In compliance with the Electoral Rules of our Club, we report that the Electoral Committee has received one challenge to its last announcement, within the period that was given. This objection is based on the fact that the Electoral Committee has not expressly offered to Members the opportunity to submit Candidatures for the current Elections. The Electoral Committee has decided to sustain the challenge.
For this reason, we expressly invite Members to submit their candidatures during a period of seven days (excluding today), by doing so in writing to the Electoral Committee.
We also inform Members that the Secretary of the Electoral Committee has stood down, as he is one of the Candidates. Therefore, the Electoral Committee has appointed Mr Peter Gavrell as new Secretary.

On behalf of the Ladies section of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, I am pleased to share with you this letter of the "Frente Bolillon", organisation non-profit, making each year a campaign in favour of children, so that they have toys at Christmas.
It is a gesture of appreciation to the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, which makes us feel proud and satisfied and encourages us to continue working on behalf of children.

Enclosed the calendar of competitions of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina Junior School, We have included the School competitions as well as the Real Spanish and Andalusian Federations, where we hope to have representatives of our school, as well as the regime of subsidies.
We remind to participate in the activities of the school, and to represent the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina Members must pay their fees, and having liquidated with administration the amounts of subsidies, according to the rules of the school, and have active federal license.

For the second year as from the 8th to the 11th of january is held in our Club the Andalusian Cup, qualifying for the world RANKING, the top 90 players between Spaniards and Europeans will compete among them, in the South Course.
The maximum handicap of this edition has been 0.4, and among the 90 players, 65 of them hold a plus handicap, featuring Mario Galiano and Ivan Cantero with their + 4.4 or Lauri Ruuska with + 4.3 which gives an idea of the high standards that exist in this competition.
The tournament is played over 72 holes of Stroke Play on four consecutive days, 18 holes each day. The last day only played the 50 top-ranked and matched in this position.
Adriá Arnaus from Cataluña part as a defender of the title, a condition that is won with his brilliant appearance in 2014 also at Real Club de Golf Guadalmina.
A final card of 66 shots, the best of the day, confirmed him as winner with 272 shots in total and a wide lead - ten shots – ahead of the second classified, Pablo Matesanz and Ivan Cantero.
The Real Club de Golf Guadalmina is represented in this edition with eight players Haiko Dana, Casto Gómez, Ángel Hidalgo Telmo Azpiri, Félix Bolivar, Felipe Barrena, Calvin Greshner, and Antonio Cruz - Conde.
Members wishing to do so can enjoy these magnificent players, and what is undoubtedly one of the most important competitions of the European amateur golf panorama
