I am pleased to call you to the ANNUAL GENERAL ORDINARY MEETING of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina to celebrate on Wednesday 18th of November 2015, at the CLUB HOUSE of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, at 16.30 h on first call, 16:45 on second call and 17:00 on third and final call and with the following

1} Report from the Club President (Juan Ramón Martínez Landazábal)

2} Approval, if applicable, to entitle the Board of Director /President, to start the necessary arrangements, and negotiate, the possible purchase of 1034 shares of GGSA, owned by Martinsa-Fadesa, under judicial liquidation.

3) Report for the Committees

4) Presentation of 2016 annual budget

5) Any other business / questions and answers

Pequecircuito in Benalmadena Lucía Morales Champion

Benalmadena Golf has received the visit of the Pequecircuito of Golf 2015, with more than 100 players under 11-year-old has played 9-hole Medal Play, . The rain, which has made an appearance on the last few holes, has not tarnished a competition marked by the success of influx of players. 

In the category girls special was Lucia Morales Real Club de Golf Guadalmina who has won the victory with a score of 32 shots. Paula Lopez of El Paraiso and Ines Jimenez of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina have accompanied him at the head of the table with 32 and 33 shots.

Bank Sabadell collaborates with Real Club de Golf Guadalmina

Banco Sabadell Atlántico has reached an agreement with the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina to offer the new balls for the practice, by this  Banco Sabadell Atlántico increase the relationship with our Club.

Real Club de Golf Guadalmina Teams WINNERS AND RUNNERS UP

The team of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina formed by the tow brothers Lukas and Elena Pany, Ignacio Gómez Osuna and Alex Fieldfinished in first poistion in the Championship of Andalusia teams child clubs and Cadet,at Lauro Golf (Alhaurin de la Torre, Málaga).

The winners have delivered a total of 391 shots, sum of the 164 that ended the first round disputed form Foursome, yesterday and the 227 delivered today during the second day, held under scratch individual medal play . Guadalmina players climbed from third position.

The Real Club de Golf Guadalmina has completed a day of success once his team of B - Álvaro Mueller, David Waller, Alejandra Sánchez de la Fuente and Jonah Fernandes - to retain second place which already got yesterday, claiming runner-up with 399 hits.

Special mention also for players of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, Alvaro Mueller and David Waller - who signed the best round foursome, with 75 shots - and for Lukas Pany that has today delivered the best individual round with 73, 

The awards ceremony has had the presence of D Vicente Pitarch, founder of Lauro Golf, and D. Angel de la Riva, President of the Real Andalusian Federation of Golf. Along with them, attended by Mrs. Melissa Gallardo, by the club's competition Committee; D. Miguel Míguez, Member of the Committee of child and youth of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation; and D. Alberto Bueno, referee of the tournament.

Two new Spanish Championship for our Club !!!

In the Championships of Spain under 16 Pitch Putt REALE, celebrated in Bil Bil Golf this past weekend, our Junior members won two Spanish Championship titles.

Alejandra Sanchez de la Fuente was proclaimed champion of Spain Alevin Category and Alvaro Mueller-Baumgart Infantil Spain champion.

Congratulations also to Lukas Pany by his third position and Felipe Barrena, 4th but tied with the runner-up.

Special mention to all the  group of boys and girls of our Club: 25 Juniors among all categories from Benjamin to Cadete, who not only suffered during the competition but allof them supported their fellowmembers of the School during the entire Championship.

A pleasure has also been seeing all parents involved, supporting the children's club and taking them to them to Benalmadena so they can participate in this national championship.

Marcus Svensson wins the Bristish Amateur Boys

Marcus Svensson won the British Boys 2015, held today at Royal Birkdale its 89th Edition, near Liverpool. The Swedish born player, member of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina,  won 4/3 over the South Africa Lange Keegan.

Yesterday, in the quarterfinals, Guadalmina player defeated the Italian Guido Migliozzi 5/4 and, in the afternoon, eliminated the English Marco Penge 1 up in the semifinals.

For his part, South African Keegan of Lange came to the final after eliminating yesterday in the semifinals the Basque Borja Martín by 3/2.

Integrated in the list of Andalusian players , along with Marcus Svensson,they were the Sevillians Federated by the Real Club de Golf de Sevilla, Nacho Puente,  Gonzalo Leal and Pablo Heredia, and the player of El Candado, Gonzalo García - champion of Andalusia male 2015, Ángel Hidalgo, also Member of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina; and the San Roque Club, Víctor Bjorlow  born Danish.

Of these, Marcus Svensson, Angel Hidalgo and Pablo Heredia were the three that passed the first part of the tournament and accessed to the final.

Noemí Jiménez qualify in the LPGA

Noemí Jiménez has taken a new step in his career toward the American LPGA circuit. The Guadalmina golfer has played during the weekend the first phase of the qualifying to access the American circuit and the fact finishing in fourth place and qualifying for the second phase in October.

Noemí Jiménez is clear that next season she wants to be one of the new players of the American circuit and the Q-School is a very good start.

The past weekend was held at Mission Hills of Palm Springs (California) the first phase of the qualifying to enter the professional circuit of the LPGA, where there were best players in the world.

A total of 288 golfers plaued four rounds event in the Californian Course under Medal Play format. Noemi, as well as the rest of the candidates, aimed to conclude between the 60 first so access to the next qualifying stage, which will take place in October.

Noemí Jiménez signed two exceptional days and with 68 and 67 hits cards could sit or stand prominently among the three best candidates into the LPGA. Somewhat more irregular in the last two days of competition, Noemi concluded with 282 shots the same as Britain's Hayley Davis.
