The Real Club de Golf Guadalmina has secured a meaningful and well-earned victory at the Andalusian Federation Women’s Team Championship, held over two days at the demanding Hacienda Montenmedio course (Cádiz).
Represented by our members Anne O’Keeffe, Isabelle Gustin and Nuria Maestre Cañete, the team displayed remarkable composure, consistency and competitive maturity—qualities that proved decisive in a closely contested event.
Guadalmina claimed first place with a total of 306 strokes, built on two finely balanced rounds:
Round 1: 151 strokes
Round 2: 155 strokes
The final standings underlined the level of competition, with Real Club de Campo de Córdoba finishing second, also on 306 strokes (153 + 153), while Real Guadalhorce Club de Golf secured third place with 309 strokes (155 + 154).
Beyond the result itself, this victory reflects the core values of our Club: commitment, camaraderie and a clear dedication to the development of women’s golf. An achievement that goes further than sport, strengthening the sense of community that defines life at Guadalmina.
Successes such as this not only enhance our sporting record, but also reinforce a vision of the Club as a vibrant, engaged and enduring institution.
Our warmest congratulations to our players on this outstanding accomplishment.
