• DECEMBER 30TH  WEDNESDAY “ DAY OF THE STAFF ” , Club Storage Room, Caddy master and Administration will close at 13.00 to play “ OPEN DEL CURRANTE” in the North Course.

• JANUARY 1ST   FRIDAY Caddy Master , Club Storage Room and Driving range  will open at 10:00 am

ELECTION OF A NEW CLUB PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

According to the Electoral Rules, Internal Regulations and Club’s Articles of Association and after the resignation of practically the entire Board of Directors, I have decided to call an for an Extraordinary General Meeting for Elections (“EGME”), to elect a new President and Board of Directors for the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, to be held next March 8th 2021.

The first step in the Club’s election process is to ask for volunteers to sit as Election Officers on the Electoral Committee.

Of those people who volunteer three people will be chosen by a draw to act as Election Officers and three more as substitutes. Volunteers need to be Numbered Club Members, up to date with the payment of their fees, and should agree to be available most of the time during the election process. Volunteers are not allowed to be part of any candidature in these elections.

The duties of the Electoral Committee are explained in the Electoral Rules, approved in the past General Meeting held on November 19th ,2014 available at the Member´s area of our web site.

Members wishing to volunteer to serve as Election Officers should sign a form, which will be available in the Club’s Offices,. where they can make their intentions known, by signing the form and returning it to the said Office, addressed to the Secretary of the Board Mr. Ignacio Infante, before 11 am on Monday the 21st of December 2020.

The selection of the three Election Officers and three substitutes will be done by draw before the designated Notary, at 12 pm on December 22nd 2020. All Club Members are welcome to attend the draw.

Dear Member;

As per the request of a relevant number of Members, we will include as item number 10 of the agenda ("Questions and answers"), of the Ordinary General Assembly of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, to be held on December 10th , the following point

Detailed report of the dismissal of labor personnel and proposal for ratification or withdrawal, if applicable.

Please find also enclosed a copy of the initial calling of the Assembly, where you can find the proxy form, we would like to remind you that due to the possible capacity restrictions, you can delegate the vote to any Member you trust, who you believe may attend the Assembly.

Dear Members,

With the publication of the extraordinary BOJA No. 77 dated November 8 by the Junta de Andalucía, where the new measures of time limitations and other mobility restrictions have been developed to combat the Covid-19 pandemic in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, We inform that they affect the RCGG facilities as follows:

1. The RCGG facilities are open and fully operational in any of the outdoor sports activities that the club offers, always following the specific regulations established on hygiene and social distancing and safety established by the competent authorities.

We would like to remember to all members to carry their golf licence (card) whenever they go to the golf course, if you do not have this card please download the app on your mobile phone and then you must register as an user, in case the authorities ask you, you will be able to show them your golfing licence.

2. The closing hours of the golf course to the members will be with the fall of sunlight.

3. The golf school and sports activities will continue with their usual schedules and calendar.

4. The capacity of the Gym in the Sports Club will be 40% during normal hours until 18:00 p.m. when these facilities will close.

5. Regarding the cafeteria and restaurant, the capacity will be limited to 30% inside the premises and to 75% in the outdoor terraces. The closing of both services will be at 18:00 p.m.

6. The golf shop will stop selling products at 18:00H.

We kindly ask you to read this protocol carefully and respect all the rules in it.

Dear Members;

Due to the uncertainty of the coming months, in order to give the winners of Guadalminos, the possibility to use them, either in the Proshop or the Restaurant, we have decided to extend the validity of the Guadalminos that ended on 12/31/2020 one more year.

Being, therefore, valid until December 31, 2021
