An Evening Combining Gastronomy, Atmosphere and Club Spirit
Last Saturday, 14 February, the Restaurant of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina hosted the traditional Valentine’s Day Dinner 2026, an event conceived as a social occasion to enjoy the Club in a carefully prepared and welcoming setting.
More than eighty Members took part in an evening defined by its warm atmosphere, music and the pleasure of sharing conversation around the table. The layout of the dining room, the lighting and the musical accompaniment all contributed to creating a refined yet relaxed ambience, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the Club.
A Gastronomic Proposal to Match the Occasion
The Food & Beverage team, under the direction of Jonathan Chazelas, with Juan Espinosa leading the kitchen, designed a special menu for the evening.
Members began with dishes such as a silky cream of mushroom or warm octopus carpaccio, followed by main courses including dry-aged beef tenderloin with Port sauce or oven-baked salmon with cava sauce. The evening concluded with desserts such as red berry sorbet with cava or a chocolate sphere with a warm raspberry centre, completing a culinary experience that was warmly received by those attending.
The entire Food & Beverage team was congratulated in the dining room at the end of the evening.

At the close of the event, several Members shared their appreciation with the Restaurant team:

Strengthening the Social Life of the Club
Beyond the event itself, the Valentine’s Day Dinner forms part of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina’s ongoing commitment to fostering and strengthening its social life, offering opportunities for Members to come together beyond sporting activity.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all Members who attended and helped make the evening possible, with special mention to our Captains, Camila Fearon and Paul Sullivan, who guided the evening, as well as Lynn Nathan and Laura Sullivan, who were involved in every detail from the initial planning through to the event itself.
Many thanks to everyone.
