Spring Party , inspired in 007 …. License to enjoy

We are pleased to invite you to a unique and exciting experience: a James Bond Inspired Dinner taking place on May 25th. Prepare yourself for an evening where glamour, mystery, and adventure are present in every detail.

Upon arrival, you will be served a “Kir Royale” cocktail to start, and you will also enjoy experienced bartenders offering entertaining options.

  1. Vesper Martini: Probably the most famous thanks to the phrase “shaken, not stirred”. The Vesper Martini was first introduced in the novel “Casino Royale.”
  2. Dry Martini: Although the Vesper is specific to Bond, in several films he is seen enjoying a classic Dry Martini, usually prepared with gin and dry vermouth, garnished with an olive or a slice of lemon.
  3. Americano: In “From Russia with Love”, Bond opts for an Americano, a softer cocktail made with Campari, red vermouth, and a splash of soda water.
  4. Negroni: Mentioned in the movie “Spectre”, the Negroni is a cocktail that contains equal parts gin, red vermouth, and Campari, usually served with an orange slice.
  5. Mojito: In “Die Another Day”, Bond enjoys a Mojito while in Cuba. This popular Caribbean cocktail is made with white rum, sugar, lime, soda water, and fresh mint leaves.

Coktails will be at € 7 , unit, but you may try the 007 Passport and try them all for €28 .

DINNER

The dinner starts with a cocktail served in hand, so we can all enjoy the company of our friends before moving to the tables to taste the main dish.

APETIZERS

  1. Goldfinger, a golden goat cheese bonbon on candied apple and caramelized onion
  2. Malecón Tuna, red tuna tataki from Cádiz, on confit potato from a mill.
  3. Orient Express, deconstructed Gilda, with a Bloody Mary pipette
  4. License to Enjoy, warm blinis, on a bed of citrus, with scallop tartare, mango, and lumpfish roe.
  5. Die Another Day… but not today, flambéed king prawn, in its reduced juice, with red Martini.
  6. For Your lips Only, a pheasant candy, on glazed chestnut and maraschino cherry.

Although many vegetarians would approve most of this menu, we have thought of them.

  1. Avocado Tartare, on a bed of citrus and organic microgreens, with onion.
  2. Salmorejo Shot, with mango and strawberries.

MAIN DISHES

 A magnificent Filet Mignon, on a bed of mashed potato, with reduced muscatel grape sauce, live to order it again another day.

Fillet will be served medium rare, if you preffer, when registration, indicate with a + or – if you like done or blue, and we will try our best.

Sole Popiettes with Prawns, with seafood reduction sauce and red Martini, accompanied by asparagus and potatoes.
