Last weekend at Real Club Pineda de Sevilla Laura Gómez won the Campeonato de Sevilla.

Laura had 73 shots the first day, out of them 37 putts, and an incredible 67 the second, for a total of 140 , twelve shots ahead the runner up Sara Navarro.

Her Father , Casto Gómez, said : she could have done an icredible score, as she managed to play almost every hole under regulation, but greens were like crystal.

It is not confirmed jet, but apparently 67 is course record , from blue at Real Club Pineda de Sevilla.

For the 3rd year in a row Guadalmina beat Las Brisas in its annual prestigious showdown.

The match took place 1^st and 8^th of February, and Guadalmina won 7 : 5 after tying 3 : 3 away.

Next February 23rd and 24th B.I.G. exclusive club manufacturer has arranged a Club fitting presentation,

Fittings last  approximately  two hours, they will start as from 09:00 a.m. till 17:00 p.m. ,for that reason only four fittings are arranged each day.

Besides this, B.I.G. has decided to support our Scratch Senior Competition, during the PRIZE GIVING  cermony there will be a RAFFLE among all participants attending a voucher for a courtesy fitting and after the fitting they will receive a customized , and personalized HYBRID club one ofr Lady and one for Gentleman.

Mayte Carballo, Manager of Body 10, Beauty Center in Marbella, in C/ Jacinto Benavente 11, asists the price giving ceremony at Real Club de Golf Guadalmina during the Ladies Section Competition.

Body 10 donated some vouchers, for beauty treatments, in their Center among all participants.

 During 2012 Body 10 will continue supporting the Laides Section of Real Club de Golf Guadlamina by giving away these vouchers, Mayte Carballo experssed ... We are very glad to support Real Club de Golf Guadalmina Ladies Section, and we will be very pleased to look after  you in our  Beauty Center.

Dear Members:

Commencing on thwe 25th of January, till the 1st of February Francisco Hernández will take holidays.

Therefore, collective lessons on Tuesday and Thursday will be suspended on Tuesday January 31st, and will start again on Thursday February 2nd.

Also the Ladies Lessons on Friday, will not take place next Friday January 27th.

After having lost against Aloha in 2010 and 2011, Guadalmina came back strongly 11th and 19th of  Jan 2012, winning 5,5 : 0,5 home and loosing 4,5 : 1,5 away, ie a total win of 7 : 5 to Guadalmina. The overall standings  against Aloha over 17 years are now 10 : 7 in favor of Guadalmina.
